I met Mitch at his sister’s wedding which I was photographing back in 2018 so it was lovely to see his side of the family again for his wedding to Nikki. They both got ready at the Laurelville Manor in York which is actually not that far from Perth (around 1-2 hrs depending on where you live).
It was a scorching hot day with the temperature at 45*C in November of all times!? But luckily their wedding was held inside the local church so it was shaded and a touch cooler. We even got time to drive up to Mt Brown (which is the best spot in York in my opinion) for some sunset photos. Their reception was a stunning marquee under the stars and fairy lights.
