I’m very lucky to have met Taryn and Daniel many years ago when I first photographed their engagement session, because I have seen them almost every year since then. I’ve photographed their wedding, newborn photos, and Charlotte’s first birthday photos.
For Charlotte’s 2nd birthday, we decided to visit City Beach to update their family photos. It was a cool afternoon in August and perfectly overcast. People often think that having the sun out for photos at the beach is ideal, but I actually prefer to have a bit of cloud to help soften the light. Perfection!
