      How do we book you?

Flick me an email to make sure I'm available and then we can organise a $1000 retainer and contract to sign and it's a done deal.

Can we meet before the wedding?

Yes! Once I've received your retainer and contract, we can organise a time before your big day to discuss timelines and location photos.

If you need advice on when to have your ceremony or extra details, I can Skype/Zoom or phone call to go over the schedule well before your wedding.

How far in advance should I book?

I normally get booked 8-12 months in advance. However the earlier you contact me the better to avoid disappointment. Some dates are very popular and may be booked 18months ahead.

I do limit the number of weddings I do each year, so please get in touch with me as soon as possible once you've got a date in mind.

How long do you usually photograph at a wedding?

Most wedding coverage that I do is around 5-7hrs. All my package hours are adjustable so that you get the coverage you require without needing to rush through the day.

I also do shorter coverage (3hrs) and longer coverage (up to 10hrs). If you need more than 10hrs, then we can have a chat about your wedding schedule.

Do you use a second photographer?

I photograph 95% of my weddings on my own as I find it's less intrusive and I can capture those candid moments without being too noticed.

For larger/longer weddings (i.e. more than 150 guests or longer than 7hrs) then a second shooter can be added to any package if you wish.

      Do you offer videography services?

In short; no. Taking and editing video is a completely different skill set and I want to focus my expertise on being the best photographer I can.

You can however check out these amazing wizards at video, who I know personally and do great work:
      Orriss Films
      Auburn Hour
      Till Death
      Chapman Films
      Different Suns

      Do you travel for weddings?

I certainly do! I have photographed weddings all over WA and can go interstate and overseas.

Travel fees are quoted uniquely for each couple depending on distance, transport costs and accommodation requirements.

Please contact me with details of your destination wedding so I can give you an idea of costs.

How do I book a portrait session with you?

Simply get in touch with me via the contact form and we'll organise a day for the session.

You'll then pop through a 50% retainer of whatever package you choose via online bank transfer for the appointment.

      What should I wear?

Prior to your photo session, I will call you to go through what you need to bring.

In general, simple is better - try to avoid vibrant colours or heavily patterned clothing.

When is the best time to photograph my pregnancy/newborn?

For maternity photos, the optimum time is between 33-36 weeks. You want your tummy to be nice and round but don’t leave it too close to your due date. Babies can make an early appearance!

For newborns, they must be photographed within the first two weeks of their birth with the very best time between 3-12days old.

As they grow they become more alert and harder to pose, so it’s important to book as soon as you can.

      Where will be taking photos?

For most families and portrait clients, I recommend a location session where you can feel relaxed and enjoy nature.

For newborn clients, I normally photograph in my natural light studio in Hillarys. There is also an option to have the session done at your own home.

For locations more than 40km away from Hillarys, there may be a small travel fee.

When do we see our photos & place an order?

After your photo session, part of the service I provide is to prepare the images for your viewing.

This means colour correcting, cropping and removing minor imperfections. In general, this takes 5-10 business days.

During your viewing is when you can see all the images from the session and decide on what you'd like to order.

What kind of products are available?

Once you book your session, I will send you a full brochure of all the products available (there's so many!).

Frames and canvases are the most popular, but there's also prints, calendars and albums.
